Every climber must sign a waiver. Climbers under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Signatures not witnessed by a Wilkes Barre Rocks employee must be notarized. You can download and print a waiver (8.5"x14"). This requires the Adobe Acrobat reader.
